Our Commitment
The goal of this Group is to build a unified group of people, that support the Silver, Charcoal and Champange coat colors in the Labrador Retriever breed. This Group includes Dilute Labrador breeders, owners, lovers, and supporters. Because of this site, and through this group, we are able to gather together, in one place, and on one site, as many Dilute Labrador coat color---supporters as we can, so that we can post, for the public to see, the great numbers of all those that own, breed, love and support these coat colors. There is strength in numbers and we need to show how strong we are. With the founders of this Group, having had years of experience in breeding and showing, and experience with the politics that follows such a hobby and sport, we feel that this is what the Dilute Labrador Retriever coat colors need right now, support from MEMBERS. Thus we believe this is a step in the right direction for the Dilute Labrador Retriever unique coat color. We feel that this is the best way to gain the support, acceptance and respect that these beautiful dogs deserve.
This International 'Dilute Labrador Group', or 'Silver Labrador Group', was created to promote, the Dilute Labrador coat colors of Silver (dilute chocolate), Charcoal (dilute black) and Champagne (dilute yellow), in the Labrador Retriever Breed. This Group, in accordance with the Silver Labrador Breeders site, will help to promote the betterment of these beautiful coat colors, with the continuance of proper, accurate public education about the coat colors, as well as the encouragement to all involved in breeding these coat colors, to breed for improvement, including quality, soundness and type. It will help to encourage education to the general public, as well as new breeders and owners, who may want to purchase, a Silver, Charcoal, or Champagne Labrador Retriever, for the purpose of a companion, to compete in the sport of dog competitions, or for the purpose of breeding.
If you are a Dilute Labrador owner, lover, breeder, or just an enthusiast, we welcome you all, and we invite you to help support the cause of the Silver, Charcoal and Champagne Labrador Retriever, by joining The Dilute Labrador Group. This is not a club, just a group of those that love the colors.....Your membership, along with the many that have already joined, will show the world, just how much support these beautiful coat colors have, and will help to promote these wonderful animals. Our list of supporters and members, is growing daily, so please feel free to join us. You dont have to be a breeder to join us. There is no membership fee, and no obligation except that you have the desire to help promote the Dilute Labradors, and the desire to show your support for them.
